Roll-On for Burnout, Chronic Stress, Anxiety & Insomnia

  1. In a 5 ml roll-on bottle, place 2 drops Ravintsara, 1 drop Bitter Orange and 1 drop Vetiver
  2. Fill the bottle with Jojoba Oil
  3. Secure your roller top and lid and shake well
  4. Roll onto pulse points & under the nose in times of need
Restful Sleep Roll-On
  1. In a 5 ml roll-on bottle, place 2 drops Lavender Highland, 2 drops Sandalwood and 2 drops Clary Sage
  2. Fill the bottle with Jojoba Oil
  3. Secure your roller top and lid and shake well
  4. Roll onto pulse points & under the nose in times of need
Anti-Inflammatory Roll-On for Arthritis & Muscle Pain
  1. In a 5 ml roll-on bottle, place 4 drops Mountain Juniper and 2 drops Blue Tansy
  2. Fill the bottle with Jojoba Oil
  3. Secure your roller top and lid and shake well
  4. Roll onto pulse points & under the nose in times of need
Warming Sore Muscle Roll-On
  1. In a 5 ml roll-on bottle, place 5 drops Lavender Highland and 1 drop Clove Bud
  2. Fill the bottle with Jojoba Oil
  3. Secure your roller top and lid and shake well
  4. Roll onto pulse points & under the nose in times of need
Detoxifying & Lymphatic Stimulating Bath Salts
  1. Place 3 tbsp Dead Sea Salt and add 2 drops of each Cedarwood, Juniper Berries and Pink Grapefruit into a mortar & pestle, mix thoroughly
  2. To use, place ~ 1 tbsp Salts into a warm bath
  3. Transfer your salt mixture into a tightly sealed container to store between uses
Cooling Body Spitzer for Fever and Overheating
  1. Place 7 drops each Peppermint and Spearmint into a 100 ml bottle of Peppermint Hydrosol. 
  2. Secure the lid and shake well
  3. Spritz onto your neck and chest in times of need. Store in the fridge for extra cooling power ;)
Cold Sore Treatment Gel
  1. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel, 3 drops Ravintsara and 1 drop Melissa
  2. Transfer the mixture to a small lip balm jar or other sealed container to store between uses
  3. *Apply with a clean Q-tip on each application to avoid spreading the infection*
Decongesting Chest Rub for Coughs and Chest Colds
  1. Place 6 drops each Saro, Mild Thyme, Eucalyptus Radiata and Spike Lavender into a 60 ml lotion bottle
  2. Fill the bottle with Aloe Vera Gel and shake well
  3. Rub onto the chest and back to help relieve coughs and chest congestion For best results place a heating pad overtop
Honey & Thyme Cough Syrup
  1. In a small bowl, stir together 3 tbsp Glycerine and 2 tbsp Natural Honey
  2. Add 2 drops Peppermint and 3 drops Mild Thyme and stir thoroughly
  3. Optional additions; simmer a piece of dried licorice root in honey and glycerine at low heat for about 20 minutes. Remove the licorice and add your essential oils
  4. Take 1 tsp of cough syrup to ease sore throats and help with coughs
