Mostly A: Dry/Mature

In Ayurvedic Medicine, your type would be referred to as ‘Vata’.

Your skin tends to be dry, can become flakey, have dark spots/circles under the eyes and present with premature fine lines. In addition to incorporating a lot of rich nourishment & moisture into your skincare, you should try to stay well hydrated and eat foods that provide your skin with plenty of healthy fat (ie; avocado, fish, nuts etc.).
