Softest Skin Bath Rub
Place 5 drops Roman Chamomile, 10 drops Highland Lavender and 1/4 cup Rolled Oats into a face cloth size square of cotton, muslin or cheesecloth and knot together at the top to keep the contents from spilling into the bath. Take this pouch of goodness into the bath with you and rub it gently on your skin.
*This can be modified for children with dry, itchy skin. Bring the essential oils down to 2 drops of each.
Cellulite Scrub Bath
Combine 5 drops each Cypress, Grapefruit Extra and Juniper Berries with 2 tbsp Extra Fine Dead Sea Salt and 2 tbsp Honey. Gently massage onto the body before stepping into the bath.
