Common Uses: Analgesic properties make it very good in compress for arthritis, muscle and joint aches, pains, stiffness and sports injuries where warmth is needed. Also used for chest colds, chills and flu. Use in compress on the stomach for colic, constipation, heartburn and nausea. Black Pepper stimulates the appetite.
