Cardamom is amazing for heartburn and acid reflux - anything in the upper digestive tract.
Peppermint is best for general indigestion, or sluggish digestion. When you’ve eaten an overly heavy meal, or feel your digestive system needs a bit of stimulation.
Fennel is incredible for gas. Painful gas, trapped gas & bloating, as well as water retention.
Ginger is helpful for cases of nausea and nausea related indigestion.
Cinnamon Bark is intense, it should only be used for a short period of time in extreme cases, well diluted. However if you feel you’ve picked up a digestive parasite - she’s your girl.
Be aware that essential oils are incredibly concentrated! One drop in a spoonful of coconut oil is more than enough :)< /div>
