Common Uses: Commonly used for cramps and spasms. One of the best oils for irregular periods, painful periods, PMS. Use in compress for stomach cramps and colic. 
Emotional/Psychological Uses: Very calming to the central nervous system, relieves anxiety and tension, useful for treating shock. 
Cosmetic/Skin Uses: Treats dry, itchy skin, dermatitis, eczema, hypersensitive skin, couperose, inflammations and puffiness. Good for irritated, itchy skin conditions. Add to an oatmeal body exfoliant or bath.
Blends Well With: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Lavender, Neroli, Patchouli, Rose, Ylang Ylang, Rose Geranium, Grapefruit, Helichrysum. For a sedating bath before bed, combine Roman Chamomile, Petitgrain, Lavender and Sandalwood.
