Your DIY Summer Survival Guide



Plants can’t run away from bugs, so they make their own repellent.

You can too.


1 bottle of essential oil will make ~ 12 batches of Outdoor Spray!

DIY Outdoor Spray

  1. Place 25 drops total essential oil into a 50 ml Spray Bottle.
  2. Add a small squirt of natural, unscented soap (to help oil & water mix) and fill the bottle with distilled water or Witch Hazel.
  3. Shake well & enjoy a bug free evening!

Mosquitos & Gnats: Lemon Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, Citronella Java, Geranium Rose

Ticks & Fleas: Geranium Rose, Lemon Eucalyptus, Lemongrass, Blue Tansy, Cedarwood Himalayan

Flies: Peppermint, Clove Bud, Lemongrass, Lemon Eucalyptus

Moths: Cedarwood Himalayan, Patchouli, Blue Tansy

Wasps: Peppermint, Cinnamon Leaf, Clove Bud, Black Pepper

Ants: Cinnamon Leaf, Peppermint, Clove Bud, Black Pepper

Make it smell nice!

Let’s be honest, if something doesn’t smell good, you won’t want to wear it - no matter how well it works.

Most essential oils have some insecticidal properties, try one of these to balance the aroma of your action-packed Outdoor Spray!

Patchouli, Cedarwood Himalayan, Spike Lavender, Peppermint, Cardamom

DIY After-Bite Roll-On

  1. Place 25 drops total essential oil into a 10 ml Roll-On Bottle.
  2. Fill the bottle with Aloe Vera Gel or Witch Hazel.
  3. Shake well and stop scratching!
